1. Subscription and licence fees

Subscription and licence fees for the LiveLoop platform and other IvoryTusk products are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated, except in the case of a verified billing error attributable to IvoryTusk. Verified billing errors will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

2. Implementation, onboarding and professional services

Implementation, onboarding, integration and other professional-services fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis if the customer cancels the engagement within seven (7) days of kickoff AND no billable work has been delivered or scheduled. After seven (7) days or once billable work has commenced, these fees are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by the customer

The customer may cancel an active subscription at any time by writing to contact@ivorytusk.co.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; the platform remains accessible until that date. Pre-paid amounts for the remaining term are non-refundable except in the cases described in clauses 1 and 2.

4. Cancellation by IvoryTusk

IvoryTusk may suspend or terminate access in case of (i) non-payment of fees; (ii) breach of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy; or (iii) violation of applicable law. Where termination is for cause attributable to the customer, no refund of pre-paid amounts shall be payable.

5. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date of approval, to the original payment method used for the transaction. The actual credit to the customer's account may take additional time depending on the customer's bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

Any chargeback initiated without first contacting IvoryTusk under clause 3 may result in immediate suspension of the customer's account pending investigation.
